We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. 
  • We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been processed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping Providers

We use reputable carriers that specialize in delivering alcohol, ensuring your order arrives safely and securely. Our primary carriers include:

  • FedEx: Shipments are fulfilled by FEDEX through Ground, Next Day Air, or Second Day Air.

All shipments are handled in accordance with the applicable state and federal regulations governing alcohol delivery.

Delivery Requirements

  • Age Verification: All deliveries of alcoholic beverages require a recipient to be 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued ID will be required at the time of delivery for age verification.
  • Signature Upon Delivery: A signature from an adult (21+) will be required at the time of delivery. Packages will not be left without proof of age verification and a valid signature.

Packaging and Handling

  • Secure Packaging: All bourbon whiskey shipments are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We use strong, reliable materials to protect the bottles.
  • Insurance: We insure every shipment to ensure your order arrives as expected. If you experience any issues with damaged goods or lost shipments, please contact us immediately for assistance.
  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-5 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates, and while we strive to meet them, delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or customs processing, especially for international orders.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping cost is a flat rate of $25 at checkout. You will be able to view the shipping fee before confirming your order.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $1,000 (domestic orders only).

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • All purchases must be made by individuals age 21 and older. Delivery carrier will require proof of age, and a signature is required for all deliveries. Only persons age 21 and older can accept delivery.
  • States Where Alcohol Shipping is Not Allowed: We are committed to complying with state laws and cannot ship alcohol to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Hawaii, Utah, Virginia. If your shipping address is in one of these states, we will not be able to fulfill your order.
  • Dry Counties: Some counties within certain states may have local laws that prohibit the delivery of alcohol, even if the state as a whole allows it. Please verify your local regulations before placing an order.
  • Shipping Delays: Due to the nature of alcohol delivery and potential regulatory requirements, your order may experience delays, especially if additional age verification is needed or if you reside in a restricted area.
  • If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for further assistance.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • We take great care to package and ship your order securely, but sometimes things go wrong. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days.
  • For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, and if necessary, provide a refund.
  • Refunds are not accepted & all sales are final. If you need to cancel an order, and order has not shipped, a refund may be issued, and 10% fee may apply.
